Why Trade Lofts?
The Trade Lofts offer spaces ranging from 500 sq. ft. to 9,000 sq. ft. perfect for a variety of uses including creative office, studios, galleries, crafting, making and production. Larger contiguous spaces may be available. Tenant amenities and perks include on-site parking, amazing views of DTLA, package lockers, cafe and snack shops, social media promotion, vibrant and innovative community, and access to Cooper Studios, the 11,000 sq. ft. exhibit space on the 11th floor of Cooper Design Space, a nearby property in The Hirsh Collective.

Constructed in 1924 and 1928, respectively, 122 E 7th St. and 719 Los Angeles St. each have a rich history rooted in thoughtful architectural integrity.
